I personally am a little skeptical of this. I used to drink at least a cup of coffee a day and couldn’t function without it, but have since changed over to tea. Like the article mentioned, it’s very hard to prove any correlation between coffee and reducing the risk for any disease. There are so many factors that need to be taken into account that any correlation is likely to be highly questionable. I would not put much stock in any of this information until researchers can provide more evidence.
